This 2-hour reflective coaching workshop invites you to slow down, listen inward, and discover fresh perspectives using the power of OH Cards, a creative metaphoric tool used by coaches, therapists, and facilitators around the world.
This session offers a gentle, empowering space to explore what matters to you, at your own pace.
In This Workshop, You will:
Experience the power of metaphor through the guided use of OH Cards
Engage in coaching-style reflection that encourages insight and self-discovery
Walk away with greater clarity, emotional grounding, and a sense of direction
Learn simple tools you can continue to use in your personal or professional life
No prior experience in coaching or OH Cards is needed.
