At Joyful Soul Psychology, our worry stones are joyfully crafted by individuals with special needs (from our Jolly Buddies Club, JBC). Each stone is shaped, smoothed and finished by makers who practice their fine motor skills, attention, and creative decision-making through the production process. The stones are not mass-produced. They are shaped by hands, attention, and patience. Proceeds will fund JBC befriending programmes and activities.
How to Use A Worry Stone
Choose one phrase. Hold the stone. Breathe slowly. Rub the stone with your thumb as you say the phrase once or twice. Repeat until you feel calmer.
