工作坊的心路旅程: OH卡牌内在小孩 你是否曾有过这样的感受? 这些情绪的源头,很多时候并不在当下,而是来自我们心中那个尚未被安抚的内在小孩。 安全的环境,让心敢于敞开 疗愈从来不是一件容易的事。我们习惯坚强,习惯把心事藏起来。但当身处一个安全、温暖、被接纳的空间,奇妙的事情就会发生。 在那场工作坊中,我看见参与者们从拘谨到慢慢放松,从犹豫到愿意开口。有人轻声诉说小时候的无助,有人红着眼眶分享家庭的压力。那一刻,泪水不再是脆弱的象征,而是勇敢的证明。 因为只有在真正的安全里,我们才敢摘下盔甲,拥抱真实。 学会成为那个温柔的大人 Inner Child工作坊的精髓,不只是“看见小孩”,更是学会如何成为那个温柔、可靠的成人,去照顾自己心中的小孩。 我引导大家去练习——用成年后的自己,对那个小孩说话。 有人轻声说:“对不起,那时候没人保护你。” 有人坚定地说:“谢谢你撑过来了,现在我会好好照顾你。” 也有人带着泪水微笑:“你值得被爱,而我就是那个会爱你的人。” 这是自我关怀最珍贵的一刻。不是依赖外界的认同,而是自己终于学会给自己力量。 触动与转变 在工作坊的尾声,空气里弥漫着一种安静的力量。 有人轻轻点头,像是卸下了心头的重担;有人在笔记本上写下对未来的承诺;有人笑着说:“原来我可以这样温柔对待自己。” 疗愈,不是一次性的结束,而是一段新的开始。那天,大家带走的不是一张卡片,而是一份新的勇气——去允许自己脆弱,去学习温柔待己,去活得更真实。
