My Background & Professional Approach
Being a AHPC registered Speech-Language Therapist, certified Supervisor, and ICF Associate Certified Coach with over two decades of experience in care management, organizational change, and professional development, I am passionate about empowering individuals through communication and personal growth. I specialise in speech therapy and coaching, to drive functional change in both clinical, personal and corporate environments. Partnering with your neuroplasticity, co-creating experiences and change, enjoying new experiences and change.
I believe in a functional-focused, strengths-based approach that fosters self-awareness, intentional action, and adaptability. Whether working with individuals, families, or teams, I listen to their unique aspirations, tailor strategies to align with their goals, leveraging my expertise in both therapy and coaching to create meaningful and sustainable transformation as you are empowered for improved quality of life.

These experiences have allowed me to connect with individuals from various walks of life, gaining insights from multiple perspectives and fostering a deep understanding of different systems and industries.
Through this journey, I have honed my expertise in:
